When an order is placed on NavalClouds, our automated orchestration engine immediately allocates dedicated network resources, including clean RIPE/ARIN IPv4 addresses, custom TLS/SSL certificates, ICANN domain registrations, and committed 10Gbps port capacity. Under EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU Article 16(m), once immediate custom provisioning has begun with the customer's explicit prior consent, the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal is waived and the transaction is strictly non-refundable.
